Level 1: Dumbbell Chest Press                                                  Level 2: Barbell Chest Press (45lbs Bar)

 

20lbs + 30 Reps = 40 Points                                                               55lbs + 10 Reps = 100 Points

30lbs + 20 Reps = 60 Points                                                               65lbs + 10 Reps = 120 Points 

                                                                                                                 75lbs + 10 Reps = 140 Points

                                                                                                                 75lbs + 15 Reps = 160 Points

                                                                                                                115lbs + 10 Reps = 200 Points  

                                                                                                                115lbs + 15 Reps = 220 Points  

                                                                                                                135lbs + 10 Reps = 240 Points 

                                                                                                                135lbs + 15 Reps = 260 Points

The FallBack 
Into Fitness Challenge

 

The Fallback into Fitness Challenge is here! Each week, you must complete the exercise challenge.  The Challenge is for Movement Members only. 

The more repetitions or weight load of the exercise you complete, the more points you can earn. Each exercise is ranked in points from the lowest to the highest. 

If you decide to attempt the challenge outside of the studio you must record it and text us at 617-971-8631 in order to earn your points. 

Every Monday, the challenge board will be updated with a new challenge and the points will be updated every Tuesday on the leaderboard and the racetrack in the studio. 

 

The cutoff date to earn points for the exercise is midnight on Sunday. 

 

Modified exercises will only be available for qualified participants.

Fill out our challenge sheets in order to let us know which exercise you completed.

*Remember to send us a text of your exercise recording if you did not complete them in the studio.

There will also be chances to boost your points. Stay tuned.
