Ms. Jade  the founder and CEO of FIt4Life Movement is a seasoned wellness professional;  with years of experience as a Holistic Wellness Influencer, Fitness/Nutrition Coach, and former Ballerina.

A certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Group Exercise instructor through the accredited Aerobic and Fitness Association of America.  A southern lady at heart was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. Upon graduating from North Carolina A&T State University with a Master’s of Science she relocated to New England.

Ms. Jade debuted her first book in 2017 entitled “Focus on the Five.” She wrote this book for the purpose of sharing her wellness expertise with those she could not physically coach but possessed the desire to make a healthy lifestyle change but lacked the know-how or support to do it on their own.

Ms. Jade facilitates wellness workshops, is a sought after speaker who travels sharing her message to "Focus on the Five” a holistic healthy lifestyle philosophy she created to help everyone live a healthier & whole life
