Our Belief 

We believe being fit is "4life". It's an aspirational but tangible goal where we strive to live a sustainable healthy lifestyle for a lifetime. We are an inclusive environment where all body types, fitness levels, and wellness goals are united.   We  call ourselves Movement Members, a close-knit community that understands that wellness is much bigger than just exercise it’s a Whole-body Wellness Movement!  Providing a pathway to manage stress, a thoughtfulness to fueling your body, a priority to self-care, and an openness to the spirit-mind-body connection.

About MS.JADE

Ms. Jade  the founder and CEO is a seasoned wellness professional; with years of experience as a Holistic Wellness Influencer, Fitness/Nutrition Coach, and former Ballerina.

A certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Group Exercise instructor through the accredited Aerobic and Fitness Association of America.  A southern lady at heart was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. Upon graduating from North Carolina A&T State University with a Master’s of Science she relocated to New England.

Ms. Jade debuted her first book in 2017 entitled “Focus on the 5 & Unleash a Lifestyle of Wellness.” She wrote this book for the purpose of sharing her wellness expertise with those she could not physically coach but possessed the desire to make a healthy lifestyle change but lacked the know-how or support to do it on their own.

Ms. Jade facilitates wellness workshops, is a sought after speaker who travels sharing her message to "Focus on the 5" a holistic healthy lifestyle philosophy she created to help everyone live a healthier & whole life.
